This is from the same series as the ones featuring the Horaki sisters. This picture was actually a part of a larger, comic-page-style one (I've actually never seen it as a completed, stand-alone pic before--I like it much better this way), where Hikari is telling her father that Asuka is "ready".

I think it's on gelbooru, actually, with the translations, along with most of Meguro's other pics (my favorite is still Lurch, but this one and Asuka/Hikari/Yui come close).

The more you look at this picture the more dominant the seemingly benign Hikari is revealed to be; her face is gentle and tender but her fingers firmly grip and control Asuka's tender parts.

Given Hikari appears to have taken her mother's place in her own family (and in doing so arguably attained a maturity Asuka seems incapable of reaching, no matter how much she pretends to be "adult"), so Hikari, the more "mature" and (crucially) motherly girl, would arguably be the natural "seme".

The futa is the original. This is the shopped version.

Notice how Hikari is holding her hand. See how her fingers and thumb look a little bit "off"? They were doing something "else" in the original.

That said, I prefer this version, and would rather not think about it too much.
